Home Prices Fell for the 7th Consecutive Month

Great news for homebuyers! The latest report by S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller shows that home prices have fallen for the 7th month in a row, albeit at a slower pace.

Thanks to a brief dip in mortgage rates, sales have also seen a slight increase. All 20 cities in the report showed lower prices, with prices falling by 0.6% in January, compared to the previous month.

Despite this, it's important to note that the Feds are focused on reducing inflation which could cause rates to rise. So, don't wait too long to embark on your homebuying journey!
